Directions
HANDS: Dispense a small amount of sanitiser on to one hand. Rub your hands together thoroughly to aid in the sanitising and drying process. Where the allowable approval statement is used, the directions for use must include a statement that hands must be clean before the sanitiser is applied (this includes washing the hands where necessary), and its supply must be limited to a fixed, metered dispenser located a sufficient distance from the
processing line to prevent product contamination.
SURFACES: Clear surfaces to be sanitised. Remove any gross soils by manual scraping and discard hygienically. Apply neat. Use a spray bottle or cloth and spray / wipe over surface area. Leave to evaporate.
