Deep Cleaning of Premier International Events Space

Date

The Problem / Issue

An internationally renowned event space in Auckland’s CBD, known for hosting major events, required a comprehensive deep clean following the use of the facility by a previous tenant.

The challenge lay in covering the entire space efficiently, top to bottom, while ensuring high-quality results and working around a large number of other contractors onsite.

The work included the use of elevated work platforms and boom lifts to ensure no spot was overlooked. This included access to several areas including upper walkways used for rigging and lighting, air conditioning ducting and high level windows and glass features.
